Cancellation policy

Once formalized reservation Tramontana Tours S.L. will be known, read and accepted the conditions of hiring and cancellation of the company by the client and the law  (ley orgánica 3/018 de 5 de Diciembre de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales).

CANCELLATION OR ABSENCE OF PASSENGERS

The passengers should be at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Any passenger will not be at the meeting point at the indicated time to willing to embark, either by delay or for any other cause, will lose the tour as well as the amount of the same.

The costumer will be able to cancel the booking requesting it (by email or telephone) in advance of 24 hours (shared tours) and 48 hours (private tours) of the departure time, being able to assume a penalty that will be determined in advance to the date of the tour with which the request is made, and that we detail to continuation:

  • Until 24 hours (shared tours) and 48 hours (private tours) before the date and the local time contracted: refund of 100%
  • During previous 24 hours (shared tours) and 48 hours (private tours) to the date and local time contracted, the cancellations for any cause or circumstance won’t be refund

In case of partial cancellation (cancellation of any seats contracted), the company keep the right to not refund.

BOOKING CHANGINGS

The costumer will be able to request the day of the tour, time or passenger names in their booking notifying to the company by email, SMS or whatsapp 2 days before the date and local time contracted.

COMPANY CANCELLATIONS

Our tour are developed outdoors where the meteorological conditions are changing. Sometimes it can be windy or cloudy and the tour can be carried out always under the criteria of the captain, who determine if the conditions are suitable or not.

Furthermore, if the crew considers that the conditions on a beach are not suitable for visiting or stopping, they may decide to change that stop or visit for another, either by the presence of many boats, jellyfish or by the turbidity of the water.

It is difficult to determine exactly the meteorological conditions the day of the tour and it may be cancelled at the last moment or even during the course of the same due to the meteorological conditions. Each case would then be analyzed to proceed with the corresponding refund.

If the time of the departure were to be given any cause that hinders the development of the programmed activity (including boat breakdown or indisposition of the skipper), we will try to change the booking for another day or time, as long as that is the desire of the Client, the cause that caused the cancellation would have been corrected and we still had availability. If none of the above is possible or the customer is not interested, the full refund of the amount paid will be made.

Returns will always be made by the same means of payment used for the reservation.
